This recipe is killer, and it's easy!
One thing I like about making edible condiments, it makes it easy to cook for a group when not everyone is partaking.
1/4 cup Cannaoil ( I use cannabis infused olive oil)
3 TBS Cannabutter
1 large white Onion diced
9 cloves of roasted Garlic mashed to a paste - Follow the link to roast your own garlic. https://www.foodnetwork.ca/recipe/roasted-garlic/6028/
1 TBSP Salt
2 TBSP smoked Paprika
2 TBSP ground Mustard
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1/4 cup Brown Sugars
1/2 cup Molasses
1/3 cup Vinegar
1 1/2 cup Ketchup
2 oz of Bourbon
Put all the ingredients in a mason jar.
Place the lid on the jar and place in the slow cooker. Fill the slow cooker with water set on high and cook for 4 hours. Make sure to shake the jar every 30 min.
