Self care is anything that you do for your self. It is not selfish, in fact it is needed and looks different for everyone.

  • Get moving, start that exercise. Go for a walk or a bike ride.

  • Meditate, with 9 ways to do it, I'm sure you'll find one that's right for you.

  • Positive thoughts, write down things you're thankful for, or goals.

  • Bubble bath, shower bomb, pedicure or a facial.

  • Declutter your space, it could be your bedroom or office.

Brain games, provide mental stimulus.

  • Boost your serotonin levels and fight off depression!

Music is magic! Not only can it evoke emotions, memories and feelings, it's been proven that it elevates mood, reduces stress and relieves symptoms of depression. Here's a couple I put together.
